Hey!  There's my sculpture, Farmer's Moon.

This was published by Yellow Scene out of Boulder.  It's a hip magazine with a good editorial about the best place to live... if you're an artist.

New Project Coming to the studio, ArtSign in Jackson Hole, WY!

The concept is to create a flying horse wire figure.  Wings of sewn fabric will be constructed from horses I have known.   The sculpture will capture the spirit of the horse, the West, and the heart and soul of the "original" cowboy, Carl Baker.

You'll see a new page be built and images of the project as the design and construction begins.

My arms are sore

Throwing a large grinder around with a 9"-wheel can sure make a girl get tired... and with time, some serious deltoids and biceps.  The Flying Trees have been installed at Loomiller Park. It took two boom trucks, one on each end, to move the parts and assemble them in their permanent location.

The ribbon cutting ceremony is Tues., June 12 at 6:00pm.

Hey!  There's going to be a world class Frisbee dude there to offer free lessons.  I'm always worth some good entertainment as well.

Julius' sculpture won't take a boom truck, but it's going to move onto into powder coating tomorrow.  The process is going to break some ground and I'm looking forward to playing with the process.
